CustomsAid Online

There are two aspects of CustomsAid Online:

1. To make it easy to create XML files for electronic online submission to customs.

2. To facilitate our Pay-per-Use feature.

Getting Started

Getting started is easy. Simply contact us, we will install the new programme on your computer. Once you create and fund your account, you will be able to use the Pay-per-Use feature and/or submit entries.

Using CustomsAid to create XML files

In CustomsAid, you will click on a button labelled 'Create XML File', and enter your username and password. You must be connected to the Internet for this to work. CustomsAid will tell you how much the XML file will cost to create and how much money you have in your account. Click on 'Continue' to create the file and have your account charged. The final step is to submit your file to Customs. Go to www.skncustoms.com and follow their directions for uploading your file.

Using CustomsAid on a Pay-Per-Use basis

When you start CustomsAid, you will need to be logged on to the internet to log in to CustomsAid. CustomsAid will verify that you have an active balance and authorise you to use the programme.
